REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. After you have read through the information above, complete a Final Confirmation Form.

If you see a dialog box asking you about an unknown certificate, click "continue" or "okay." The login name is "Expo." Leave the password blank.

The information you enter will automatically be saved to our database.

2. Print out a copy and mail it along with your payment in the form of a check or money order made out to "UC Regents" to

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, credit cards, or electronic payments (except for recharges within the University of California). Your payment must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2009 to guarantee a your organization a space.
