• Multiple awards that range from $500 to $1,000

Description/ Criteria

• Only Global Seminars participants are eligible
• Must demonstrate financial need, but NOT required to be on financial aid
• Awarded primarily on the basis of financial need

Service Requirement

• While abroad, scholarship recipients must send e-mails and pictures about their experiences abroad to our office
• Volunteer to work the Programs Abroad Office Expo or a General Orientation
• Volunteer to speak as returnee for an Information Session, Country Session, or Country Orientation
• Actively support Global Seminar outreach and recruitment efforts upon return
• All service will be tracked and recorded to ensure fulfillment of requirements

Deadline

• Winter and Spring Departures: Early November
• Summer and Fall Departures: March 11 to March 18 2009
